What are the 6 Important Types Of Self-care

Self-care is the function and the activities that we do constantly to take care of ourselves, mentally, emotionally and physical health. Which we often overlook.



Good Self-care is the key to improve mood and reduce anxiety. You need to take care of yourself selves always and do things that will improve your health too. There are few self-care tips that will surely help you in your everyday life and improve your mood and reduce anxiety in your life.




1, Physical


Sleep properly, healthy sleep is important at least 7 hours sleep a day, take a walk and eat healthy food, mediate (yoga), exercise and rest (Power naps) can be a wonderful way to reduce stress and tiredness. Early to sleep, early rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise!


2, Emotional Self-care


Be aware of yourself, stress management is key, and emotional maturity is every important, learn to forgive others, be compassionate and kind to others and yourself even when you make a mistake. It is cool to be embarrassed sometimes, we all go through it, shake it off and move on! Life is too short so enjoy it while it last because you rock!


3, Spiritual


Take sometimes out and alone, mediate (yoga) connect with nature, take care of the universe because #climatechange is real and love nature.


4, Personal


Hobbies are activities, interest that you must undertake for pleasure or relaxation which should be done during your own time. It is important to have a hobby or hobbies to keep you relaxed and happy.

Knowing yourself is every important, you need to be able to enjoy your own company before you can enjoy other people's company. Don't forget to honour your true self don't create a false identity of yourself!


5, Social


Associate yourself with positive people and have a right attitude towards life. Have a time together with people who matter (family and friends).

Stop making excuses and respect how people feel around you and listen more than talking. No man is an island on his own! You are awesome!


6, Financial


Keep to your budget and try not to over spend, Buy things you need than want especially when you don't want to go over your budget. It doesn't worth the stress!


Money management is important and saving money for raining day is too, don't forgot to take the risk and #believe in your dreams, A risk taken is better than a risk not taken at all. You never know where your destiny lies.


Life is a journey that cannot be in guessed, do whatever you love and live life with courage!
