How To Lose Weight Quickly: 3 Easy Steps

There are a variety of ways you can lose weight quickly. Significantly reduce your appetite, Simultaneously improve your metabolic health and making you lose weight  fast, without hunger is key to losing weight.



Below is a simple 3-step plan to easily lose weight.



Eating vegetables, protein and fat is key 


A protein source, a fat source, and low-carb vegetables should be included in each of your meals. In this way, setting up your meals will automatically bring your intake of carb to the recommended range of 20–50 grams per day.


Recommendations:

  • Meat sources of protein: beef, ham, pork, lamb, etc.

  • Seafood and fish: salmon, trout, shrimp and so on.

  • Eggs: It is possible to have whole eggs with yolk.


Fat Sources

  • Coconut oil

  • Avocado oil butter

  • Olive oil


Vegetables (make sure is Low-carb)


  • Kale

  • Brussels sprouts

  • Cabbage

  • Swiss chard

  • Lettuce

  • Cucumber

  • Broccoli

  • Cauliflower

  • Spinach

Doing exercise or weight lifting 3 times a week works


Going to the gym 3–4 days a week is the good option. Warm up and lift a few weights. If you're new to the gym, ask for some advice from a coach. By lifting weights, you burn lots of calories and avoid slowing down your metabolism, which is a common side effect of weight loss.


Therefore, it is advised to do some kind of weight lifting resistance training, but you don't have to exercise on your plan to lose weight, but it's recommended.

Reduce in-take of sugar and carbohydrates


As a result of reducing in-take of sugar and carbs, your hunger levels go down and you end up eating much fewer. Now your body start seeding off stored fat rather than burning carbs for energy.


Cutting down carbohydrates and drinking especially causes you to lose fat.


I totally understand it is hard and stressful to count the calories consumed  but as long as you keep the carbs very low and adhere to protein, fat and low-carb vegetables you will get a good result fast. 


The 3 simple steps worked for me when I wanted to lose weight for a celebration, it is called "magic 3" for me. It "was and is" a fast remedy and key to my losing weight especially my belly fat.
