7 steps on how to make a basic home-made facial scrub
How do we make a simple and basic facial scrub at home ? Before we go into it, we need to explain the benefit of it. #5 Honey and Cinnamon Scrub
Put 1 1/4 teaspoons of cinnamon in a bowl and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl
Stir it together until it forms a thick paste and apply in a circular motion.
Leave it for 30 minutes then rise it off with warm water and pat dry your face gently.
#6 Coffee Grounds Scrub
Coffee grounds are natural which exfoliating dead skin cells in your face and leaving the skin feeling refreshed.
Grind up some coffee. Take a tablespoon of coffee add a tablespoon of water then mix together well. Apply the coffee ground mix on your face in a circular motion and then pat skin dry.
#7 Yogurt Scrub
The B6 in yogurt helps to stimulate blood flow, making your skin feeling fresh and renewed.
Wash your face with soap or cleanser. Pat dry with a "clean" face towel or towel. Place ordinary yogurt in a bowl, apply it on your face and leave it for 15 mins or more. Wash your face with "cold water"
